Facilities Manager

• Opportunity to work at Roseland Shopping Centre as a Facilities Manager and be responsible for 100 retailers.

Who we’re looking for?

• Proven experience as a Facilities Manager (or Assistant FM ready to step up), ideally in retail/shopping centres.
• Strong knowledge of hard services, PPM programs, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Organised, proactive, and solutions-focused with attention to detail.
• Relevant trade, property, or facilities management qualifications desirable.
