Job Description

  • Manage facilities across a portfolio of shopping centres throughout the Newcastle, Port Stephens and Hunter region.
  • Work across a portfolio of large, high value retail assets. 
  • Ideal for someone who enjoys working with hard services, soft services, BMS-related matters, contractor performance and site presentation across the portfolio.

Who we’re looking for? 

  • Proven experience in an Operations Manager, Facilities Manager or similar role within shopping centres, retail property or comparable fast-paced asset environments. 
  • Strong capability managing multi site portfolios, balancing travel, priorities and competing operational demands effectively 
  • Confident handling incidents, site issues and escalations, with the ability to make sound decisions in a calm and professional manner 
  • Practical, resilient and accountable, with a strong understanding of safety, risk and compliance requirements and the ability to adapt...
