Duties and responsibilities:

Building Maintenance and Operations
- Oversee daily operations of buildings and facilities
- Ensure proper functioning of:

• Electrical reticulation systems
• Plumbing systems
• HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning)
• Lighting systems
• Elevators and generators

-Schedule preventive and corrective maintenance

Health and Safety Management
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments
- Implement emergency procedures and evacuation plans
- Monitor fire safety systems and equipment

Space Management
- Allocate and optimize office or building space
- Plan office layouts and workspace utilization
