Facilities Manager

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Facilities Manager to oversee the strategic and operational management of our stations, technical workshops, and administrative hubs, ensuring 100% uptime and uncompromising safety standards. As the backbone of office operations, the Facilities Manager is in charge of ensuring a safe, efficient, and inspiring environment for the team. From managing large-scale renovations to overseeing maintenance and security, you'll ensure our infrastructure supports our day-to-day mission.
Operations: Manage all building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security.
Vendor Management: Negotiate contracts and supervise external contractors and service providers.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure the facility meets all health and safety regulations (OSHA, fire codes, etc.) and lead emergency preparedness planning.
