Role Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with contract clients and conduct regular audit inspections

  • Monitor performance against SLAs and cleaning specifications, ensuring high standards are consistently achieved

  • Manage daily employee wages and ensure full compliance with Health & Safety requirements
