Facilities Manager

The Facilities Manager is responsible for ensuring that all company-owned and leased buildings are safe, fully operational, compliant, and well-maintained. The role ensures the smooth functioning of building infrastructure, security, maintenance, and service delivery for employees and tenants. This includes managing contractors, ensuring regulatory compliance, controlling costs, and delivering an efficient working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Building Operations Management
Oversee daily building operations (HVAC, generators, UPS, CCTV, access control, plumbing, electrical, security).
Ensure facilities are legally compliant, safe, and well maintained.
Identify operational risks and implement mitigation plans.
Maintenance & Repairs
Develop and implement preventative maintenance programmes.
Plan repair and maintenance projects, including scope, timelines, and contractor requirements.
