Facilities Manager - European MNC 1 year contract renewable Salary: $6000 5 days work week 8am - 5pm Location: Gul Circle Job Scope: Manage Facilities Management operations and activities Assist with Facilities Management and Fire Safety Related issues Conduct checks on building repairs and rectify defects and perform scheduled preventive maintenance Liaise and manage on site contractors, security, pest control etc. Attend to defects and faults reported on site, conduct investigation and determine cause of defect. Liaise with contractors and 3rd party maintenance teams on schedule preventive maintenance. Fire Safety certificate is an advantage
