Facilities Manager

This position is responsible for managing all aspects of facilities service as detailed in the scope of works section of the contract while reporting to the Account Director. You will be responsible for service delivery at specified locations, measured by contractual Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements with functional accountability for an assigned sector of Client Sites. This role contributes to JLL's business objectives by ensuring thorough understanding of client objectives, implementing property‑specific operating strategies, overseeing approved initiatives and programs, and representing Jones Lang LaSalle in the local and regional business community to promote JLL's reputation and capabilities to prospective tenants and clients.
