Key Responsibilities Facilities & Building Operations Manage the day-to-day operations of multiple commercial and retail properties Oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance programmes Ensure buildings remain safe, compliant, and fully operational Conduct regular building inspections and identify maintenance requirements Monitor the condition of building infrastructure and associated assets Technical Building Services Oversee electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection, and general building systems Ensure maintenance schedules are completed in line with operational requirements Monitor Building Management Systems (BMS) where applicable Ensure all statutory servicing and certification requirements are maintained Contractor & Project Management Manage contractors, suppliers, and specialist service providers Coordinate repair, refurbishment, and maintenance projects Monitor contractor performance against service level agreements (SLAs) Review quot...
