Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of all facilities, including utilities, buildings and equipment.
- Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
- Ensure all mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), HVAC, and fire protection systems are functioning properly.
- Monitor building performance and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Manage IFM partner/company responsible for:
- Soft services (cleaning, landscaping, pest control)
- Hard services (building maintenance, M&E support)
- Review and ensure IFM performance meets KPIs, SLAs, and contract obligations.
- Conduct monthly performance reviews and annual contract evaluation.
- Coordinate escalation, corrective actions, and service improvement plans.
