Facilities Manager

Who are we looking for?

• 2 plus years of mixed used experience in the facilities and/or property industry.
• Strong stakeholder management with tenants, property manager and government authorities.
• Building trade background is preferred but not essential.
• Significant work experience in hard and soft services demonstrated success with PPM
• Proven track record of contract and contractor management.
