We are seeking a Facility Manager to oversee the day-to-day service, maintenance, and contractors statewide. The Facilities Manager will supervise facilities' related functions and lead a team of maintenance professionals.

Essential Duties:

  • Oversee the daily facilities aspects of multiple locations and coordinate with teams to ensure the operation is running smoothly.
  • Manage various contractors including but not limited to electrical, HVAC, generator, UPS, janitorial, security, and landscaping.
  • Lead all Building Services technical staff in the scheduled PM's, repair/trouble shooting of facility equipment as needed.
