Pursue an impactful career with Defence Construction Canada as a Facilities Management Technical Specialist. Lead support in Facilities Maintenance and develop service contracts that drive regional excellence.
In this continuing role, you will act as a key advisor to Client-Partners, providing solutions in managing complex contracts and ensuring the quality of deliverables. Your responsibilities also include coaching coordinators and maintaining partnerships with various stakeholders. A solid understanding of property management and contract techniques is vital.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide specialized advice on FM and service contracts
• Review and authorize DSA request processes
• Oversee complex service contract development
• Draft agreements and proposals for transactions
• Support the planning and communication of FM activities
Requirements:
• University degree in engineering, architecture or similar
• 8+ years of relevant real estate experience
