Facilities Management Supervisor

Responsibilities

Oversee the daily maintenance and facilities management of building spaces;

Coordinate security, cleaning, maintenance, and supply teams;

Ensure the safety and proper functioning of facilities and equipment;

Address tenant needs and complaints to ensure satisfaction;

Provide regular reports on facilities management status and improvement suggestions.

Requirements

Associate's degree or above, preferably in Building Management or a related field;

3+ years of experience in facilities management or property operations;

Strong sense of responsibility and team management skills;

Familiarity with building facilities, equipment, and maintenance procedures.
