We're looking for a dynamic, experienced Facilities Management and Operations (FMO) Project Manager to lead our Single Room Occupancy (SRO) Renewal Initiative contract. The FMO Project Manager reports directly to the Operations Manager and is located in Vancouver, BC.

This position oversees all contractual obligations under the Service Provider’s Agreement and serves as the primary representative of Black & McDonald for this initiative. Supported by the SRO project team, the Project Manager will plan, organize, direct, and evaluate all Facilities Management (FM) service schedules, budgets, billings, subcontractor agreements, and scope changes.
