The FM Coordinators dedicated for these contracts will be responsible in scheduling and monitoring daily/weekly/monthly operations & maintenance activities and plan for manpower requirement accordingly. They will also support the FM Supervisor assigned for the subcontractor management in ensuring that subcontractors are attending and performing the required services as per the contractual agreement. He/she will also support in preparing the required documents i.e. monthly reports and any other relevant documents required by the Management Team.

Job description

1. To be responsible for assisting the Facilities Manager on its deliverables but not limited to the following: (a) End to end Mall Engineering Operation; (b) Equipment Operation; (c) Mall Repairs & Maintenance Management; (d) Engineering related Vendor Management; (e) Technical Regulatory Compliance; (f) Project Management; (g) Overall Mall Safety Program & Execution; (h) Merchant Fit-out monitoring & common a...
