Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician

Job Description

-Prepare apartments for new residents, including painting, drywall repairs, flooring repairs, and minor electrical work.

-Complete maintenance service requests in a timely and professional manner.

-Perform routine property inspections and address safety or appearance concerns.

-Ensure all apartments are move-in ready and meet quality standards.

-Assist with general property maintenance and repairs.

-Help maintain inventory of tools, parts, and maintenance supplies.

-Support seasonal tasks such as snow removal and salting walkways.

-Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency maintenance needs.

-Accurately document and close out completed work orders.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Williamsville, NY.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
