Position Summary
Metalsa is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician with advanced HVAC expertise to support safe, reliable, and efficient facility operations. This role is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and/or replacement of facility systems to ensure uninterrupted production and a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, ventilation, and environmental controls Diagnose issues and complete repair and/or replacement of HVAC components, equipment, and related systems Troubleshoot, repair, and/or replace electrical systems, lighting, pumps, boilers, and general facility infrastructure Support building automation systems (BAS), fire alarms, emergency lighting, security systems, and backup power systems Complete general facility maintenance tasks including basic plumbing, carpentry, and facility upkeep<...
