Overview

You will join the Ashmolean Museum’s Facilities Team to support hard FM across seven Oxford buildings, carrying out compliance checks, planned and reactive maintenance, responding to building emergencies, liaising with contractors, monitoring the helpdesk system and keeping the workshop organised and operational. You may also support Building Management System monitoring, lighting controls and projects across the museum.

This is a full‑time permanent position, working 36.5 hours per week. The post is subject to checks necessary for the successful applicant to have a Known Consignor status; therefore you will need to provide employment and/or education history covering a full five years, as well as a satisfactory Basic Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
