Facilities & Maintenance Technician

Location: UTM–MTDC Centre, Skudai, Johor

Division: Technology Ecosystem Development

Department: Infrastructure Management

We seek an experienced, hands‑on Facilities & Maintenance Technician to ensure the smooth, safe and efficient operation of the UTM-MTDC Centre.

Key Responsibilities

  • Building Maintenance & Technical Support
    • Perform routine inspection and maintenance of building facilities and infrastructure.
    • Carry out minor repair works, including replacement of light fittings, basic electrical works, plumbing repairs, painting and general maintenance.
    • Troubleshoot facility‑related issues and coordinate rectification works when required.
    • Ensure facilities are maintained in a safe, clean and operational condition.
