Facilities & Maintenance Technician (Full-Time)

Bob Weaver Auto is looking for a dependable, hands-on Facilities & Maintenance Technician to help maintain our dealership buildings and grounds. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong handyman skills who enjoys a variety of repair and maintenance projects.
What You'll Do
+ Perform general building maintenance and repairs
+ Complete painting, drywall patching, and facility touch-ups
+ Repair doors, locks, shelving, cabinets, and other building fixtures
+ Replace lighting, ceiling tiles, and basic hardware
+ Perform minor plumbing and basic electrical repairs (within experience level)
+ Install signage, shelving, and other facility improvements
+ Maintain dealership grounds including mowing, trimming, seasonal cleanup, and snow removal
+ Pressure wash sidewalks, service lanes, and exterior areas
