Facilities Maintenance Technician 2 - 2nd Shift

Overview We are seeking a full-time Facilities Maintenance Technician 2 - 2nd Shift at Garmin's U.S. headquarters in the Greater Kansas City area. In this role, you will be responsible for hands-on general facilities maintenance including general contracting tasks, HVAC systems, plumbing repairs, and electrical troubleshooting to support our office, manufacturing and warehouse environments. Essential Functions Perform general facilities maintenance across office, manufacturing and warehouse spaces Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, including preventative maintenance and filter changes Complete basic plumbing repairs such as fixing leaks, replacing fixtures, and maintaining water systems Diagnose and repair minor electrical issues including lighting, outlets, and circuit components Execute general construction tasks such as drywall repair, painting, door/hardware repair, and minor remodeling Conduct routine inspections of building systems to ensure safety, efficiency, and cod complia...
