Job Description

  • At-least high school or trade school graduate
  • Licenses/Certification: an advantage but not required
  • with at least 4 to 6 years work related experience in facility maintenance and knowledgeable in safety regulations & standards.
  • Has background in all construction discipline(civil, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing)
  • Has the ability to identifies and clarifies individual customer needs
