Facilities Maintenance Supervisor

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Assist maintenance supervisor towards achieving conformance to maintenance plan of all facilities equipment and machineries.

• Perform skilled work in the construction, maintenance and repair of electrical and electronic equipment, apparatus and fixtures

• Able to test, locate, and repair trouble in electrical circuits and equipment; perform electronic equipment repair and troubleshooting; repair and replace broken or defective parts; repair electrical motors, parts, wiring and other electrical devices.

• Perform a variety of maintenance tasks, such as preventative maintenance, tagout/lock-out, installations, conveyor system, pumping system, hydraulic system, compressed air system, cooling towers, and responding to emergencies.
