Responsibilities

  • PMS/Quality Audit of the third-party servicing
  • Attend weekly meetings

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, HVAC, or related field preferred.
  • PRC license (Mechanical/Electrical Engineer) is a plus.
  • Minimum 2–5 years experience in HVAC preventive maintenance or facilities management.
  • Proficient in MS Office, service management software, and PMS tracking tools.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work across multiple sites.
