Facilities Maintenance Specialist (HVAC)

The City of Hillsboro is seeking two Facilities Maintenance Specialist who specializes in the HVAC trade industry. In this role you will work independently and alongside a team on a wide range of activities, such as new installations, replacements, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance. As a full service City we are handling a wide range of projects and repairs to ensure our facilities are running efficiently.

This team is currently comprised of 4 team members. We have two facility maintenance specialist (mechanical and controls), one Senior Facilities Maintenance Technician (Preventative Maintenance) and a HVAC Mechanical Supervisor who oversees the team.
