Enhance the operational quality of Northern Lakes College as a Full-Time Maintenance Personnel in Fairview. This role encompasses a wide array of tasks focused on facility maintenance and safety compliance.
Reporting to the Manager, you’ll undertake preventive maintenance, service mechanical equipment, and support renovation efforts. The job requires proficiency in using power tools and maintaining various systems. This is a hands-on role well suited for individuals experienced in facility upkeep and repair.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform maintenance on mechanical systems and campus facilities
• Execute inspections and maintain accurate logs
• Conduct preventative maintenance and repairs as needed
• Assist with significant repairs and building projects
• Maintain accurate records of materials used

• High school diploma or its equivalency
• Clean vulnerable sector criminal record check
