We are currently recruiting for a Facilities & Maintenance Coordinator to support the day to day running of our client's facilities based in Ware.
This is a varied, hands-on role combining administrative duties and practical maintenance work, ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of office-based tasks and on-site problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
Facilities & Maintenance
· Carry out basic repairs and maintenance tasks (e.g. painting, furniture assembly, fixing fixtures)
· Conduct regular building inspections to identify issues and ensure safety standards are met
· Coordinate and assist external contractors when required
· Ensure all buildings remain clean, safe, and functional
· Support with office moves and room set-ups
