As a dedicated administrative professional, you will support the Executive Director of Facilities Management, managing capital projects and analyzing operational budgets. This includes preparing various financial reports and ensuring compliance with accounting principles, contributing to the College's financial success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage capital project setups and closures promptly
• Oversee annual budgeting for operating and capital funds
• Prepare financial reports for provincial and federal agencies
• Facilitate tracking of Facility Renewal Funding projects
• Direct facilities leadership on budget principles and guidelines
Requirements:
• Four-year degree in Accounting with CPA, CA, CGA, or CMA
