Executive - Facilities Responsibilities 1. Written & verbal communication skills 2. Good interpersonal skills to manage team 3. Awareness on Hospitality standards 4. Good knowledge on Housekeeping 5. Awareness on Food and beverage 6. Awareness on ISO standards 7. Ensuring that basic facilities are well-maintained and conducting proactive maintenance 8. EHS (environment, health, safety) 9. Awareness on BCMS and emergency handling/ Business continuity planning 10. Arrangement of all consumables and supplies for Client / VIP visits 11. Interfacing Coordinating with the pest control vendors for carrying out the pest control activities at the facility. 12. Preparing the Daily/Weekly and Monthly reports 13. Interacting with Housekeeping vendor /s. 14. Follow up and close the tickets logged. 15. Effectively manage Facility team to ensure an on time deliverables. system. 16.
