The Facilities Engineering Technician plays a key role in maintaining a state-of-the-art lentiviral vector manufacturing facility by performing corrective and preventative maintenance on building systems and laboratory equipment. This position ensures reliable operation of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems while maintaining strict cGMP and FDA compliance through accurate documentation in a CMMS. The technician troubleshoots complex facility issues, supports off-hours emergency repairs, and oversees external vendors to ensure high-quality work and adherence to safety and regulatory standards. This is a hands-on, on-site role within a high-tech, mission-driven biotechnology environment.
