Facilities Engineering

The purpose of the Shift engineer (Service area operations) is To operate and maintain the utilities with 100% uptime.
Develop and enable a first touch team of technicians/operators & contractor to consistently deliver outstanding safety, quality, service and value to the person at the end of our supply chain.
Responsible for uninterrupted and valuable utility services to all the Manufacturing facilities in shifts as per the agreed upon business requirements.
Responsible for maintenance management, energy management and legal compliances.
Effective Asset and Facility upkeep, Deployment of Maintenance Strategy, Equipment Efficiency improvements, adherence to compliances in order to support achieving the site KPI s. Ensure operation and maintenance of Service area Equipment at optimum efficiency.
