Facilities Engineering Manager

Our client is looking for a Facilities Engineering Manager.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and develop a team of engineers and technicians across mechanical, electrical, and facility operations
• Oversee all major building systems, including HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, controls, and automation
• Build and maintain strong electrical engineering and safety programs that meet regulatory standards
• Ensure compliance with codes, safety policies, and industry best practices
• Manage and optimize building automation systems to improve efficiency and system reliability
• Direct preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize uptime and extend asset life
• Lead capital planning, facility assessments, and long‑term infrastructure investment strategies
