**Job Description**
The Facilities Engineer maintains, troubleshoots, and improves building systems and facility infrastructure to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations. This role oversees preventive maintenance programs, coordinates vendor and contractor services, responds to facility issues, and supports daily operational and project needs across the property.
**Responsibilities**
+ Maintain and repair building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, fire and life safety systems, and other facility equipment.
+ Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on equipment and building systems to maximize reliability and minimize unplanned downtime.
