Facilities Engineer

The position is responsible for management of non-power generation facilities and equipment such as building structures, perimeter fences, air-conditioning units, and fire protection system. The position also ensures timely preventive and corrective maintenance of the said facilities which may include civil, electrical, mechanical works. Finally, the position is responsible for managing 3rd party contractors and suppliers, through proper coordination with its assigned Team Leader or Supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
• Registered Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineer.
• At least 5 years of experience in housekeeping and facility administration.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or specialist position in facility management.
• Preferably experienced in civil work projects and plant-building structure maintenance works.
