Facilities Engineer

Responsibilities

• Receive requests for facilities maintenance services and dispatch work orders to facilities staff and contractors.
• Maintain preventive facilities program to ensure that maintenance schedules are met.
• Support facility improvement projects.
• Keep facility layout updated.
• Setting and monitoring of security systems.
• Coordinate general facility maintenance of building and grounds.
• Coordinate outside services for electrical, construction, HVAC and plumbing jobs.
• Report unsafe working conditions to Management.
• Coordinate repairs to facility systems and equipment as necessary to maintain a safe, secure and healthy work environment.
• Maintain log books for fire protection system, compressed air, and lamps.
• Responsible for compliance with local and state government regulations, in coordination with the EHS department.
