What this job involves

A Facilities Engineer is responsible for maintaining, operating, and improving building systems and infrastructure to ensure optimal facility performance, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Building Systems Management: Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and security systems. Monitor facilities maintenance and energy management systems to optimize performance and identify issues before they become critical problems.
• Preventive Maintenance Programs: Develop and execute comprehensive maintenance schedules for all building equipment and systems. Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and ensure compliance with manufacturer warranties and service agreements.
