Maintain, and improve the warehouse's facilities, infrastructure, and equipment to ensure operational reliability, safety and compliance. This includes overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance, coordinating repairs and upgrades, optimizing energy and resource use, and supporting warehouse operations with minimal downtime.
Job Description
Ensure that all equipment and facilities are in good working condition by conducting regular daily inspection
Maintain records of maintenance activities and as-built drawings
Oversee the operation, maintenance, and repair of handling machines such as conveyors, reach truck, dock, levelers, roll up doors, and automated machines
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues on warehouse equipment
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to prevent downtime
Evaluate facility performance and recommend improvements
