Job Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage centralized Data Centre operations across multiple sites.
Respond to and escalate incidents based on criticality and SLA requirements.
Manage customer requests and systems such as Electronic Visitation Management System.
Perform system performance benchmarking and analyze data to improve DC operations.
Monitor IoT sensors and troubleshoot network connectivity issues related to BMS/EMS/PQMS.
Ensure adherence to MOPs/SOPs and provide system recovery solutions when required.
Monitor DC facility infrastructure (UPS, power, cooling, chiller, humidity, water detection, etc.).
