Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage centralized Data Centre operations across multiple sites.
- Respond to and escalate incidents based on criticality and SLA requirements.
- Manage customer requests and systems such as Electronic Visitation Management System.
- Perform system performance benchmarking and analyze data to improve DC operations.
- Monitor IoT sensors and troubleshoot network connectivity issues related to BMS/EMS/PQMS.
- Ensure adherence to MOPs/SOPs and provide system recovery solutions when required.
