Facilities Engineer

Responsibilities

• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for all building and utility systems (electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, etc.).
• Ensure smooth daily operation and reliability of facility infrastructure and critical equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections and troubleshoot system issues to minimize downtime.
• Plan and manage maintenance schedules in line with operational requirements.
• Coordinate and supervise contractors and service providers to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements for efficiency and cost optimization.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and documentation.
• Support audits, inspections, and emergency response activities when required.
