工作职责：
1. 负责ABB喷涂机器人、调漆间、喷房供循环风的设备维护和日常抢修工作
2. 保证设备开动率，确保MTTR指标的达成
3. 和工艺工程师一起，围绕喷涂各类质量问题进行原因分析和解决
4. 编制所负责设备操作规程、保养计划、应急预案等，并做好预防性维修工作
5. 负责编制相关培训教材，培训和提升机器人设备技术员的设备维修技能
6. 开展各类持续改善工作，提高效率、节能、提升设备安全性
7. 领导安排的其他工作

背景/经验：
• 全日制大专及以上学历
• 3年以上喷涂行业的工作经验，熟悉喷涂工艺和流程
• 熟悉ABB机器人编程软件（robot studio，工业监控软件Robot View，仿形软件：Shop Floor）
