EFS Facilities Services is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Electrician to join our dynamic FM team. You will be responsible for executing planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and responding to emergency electrical breakdowns across our premium commercial properties.

Job Requirements & Benefits

  • Qualifications: ITI Diploma or recognized certificate in Electrical Engineering. Familiarity with DEWA wiring regulations is essential.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on experience in the GCC, specifically in building maintenance, fault finding, and DB dressing.
  • Key Responsibilities: Troubleshoot power failures, replace faulty circuit breakers, maintain complex lighting control systems, and strictly adhere to all site safety procedures to prevent workplace hazards.
