Job Description

The Facilities Coordinator supports site and assistant facility managers by overseeing day-to-day facilities operations, maintenance, and vendor management while ensuring a safe, well-maintained, and customer-focused workplace. This role manages work orders, coordinates repairs and services, supports events and office services, and helps maintain strong client relationships by delivering consistent, high-quality service.

Responsibilities

  • Support site and assistant facility managers with operational activities in maintenance, operations, accounting, finance, vendor oversight, equipment and supplies, and occupancy services.
