Job Description

Technical Support & Facility Management

  • Assigned floor walk checking for L7, 8 & 12
  • Support FM/AFM to maintain and execute annual 52 weeks planner (PPM for both soft services and hard services)
  • Support SEA/ASPAC technical lead on site technical issues, trouble shooting and inspections.

Vendor Compliance Management

  • Manage Permit to Work (PTW) of all Workplace activities.
  • This includes building permit coordination: Submit and manage building permits for deliveries or work requests, ensuring timely approval.

Site Compliance Management

  • Support FM/AFM on bp Risk Assessments and JLL initiated audits to ensure site complies to Global HSSE and Engineering standards.
  • JLL PTW: Coordination with vendors to obtain relevant documentation to ensure work compliance (i.e. PTW form, incoming staff list, certified personnel certification or license, and approval from engineering ...
