Technical Support & Facility Management

• Assigned floor walk checking for L7, 8 & 12
• Support FM/AFM to maintain and execute annual 52‑week planner (PPM for both soft services and hard services)
• Support SEA/ASPAC technical lead on site technical issues, troubleshooting and inspections

Vendor Compliance Management

• Manage Permit to Work (PTW) of all workplace activities
• Coordinate building permits for deliveries or work requests and ensure timely approval
