DePaul's Joseph L. Allen Apartments, located in the city of Schenectady, New York, is looking for a skilled maintenance professional to join our team! Under the direction of the Programs Director, the Facilities Coordinator is responsible for providing maintenance cleanliness and upkeep of the building and grounds of our 51 unit apartment building. This includes the ability to trouble shoot and problem solve in a proactive and cost-effective manner.
