What this job involves:
This position serves as the coordinator for all soft services aspects of a facility, managing day-to-day operations to maintain a world-class working environment that creates a wonderful workplace experience for employees. You will oversee general employee requests, reception and mailroom services while ensuring facilities are well-maintained and safe. This role contributes to JLL's business objectives by delivering exceptional service quality that meets or exceeds client Key Performance Indicators while maintaining strong vendor relationships and operational excellence.
