Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities
Co-ordinate soft services (cleaning, hygiene, pest control, landscaping, security, catering, waste, reception, access control).
Conduct daily/weekly/monthly inspections and log issues with the helpdesk.
Manage service providers and monitor SLA performance.
Support budgeting, spend control and supplier invoice processing.
Maintain site registers, documentation and SharePoint records.
Build strong relationships with clients and resolve queries promptly
Skills and Competencies
Knowledge of facilities services and supplier management.
Strong communication, organisational and reporting skills.
Customer-focused, resilient, detail-oriented and able to work independently.
Qualifications
Grade 12; facility-related qualification advantageous.
3 years' experience in a similar environment.
MS Office proficiency; Infor EAM an advantage.
Valid driver's licence.
