Job Description
We're looking for a Facilities Coordinator to support Soft Services delivery across a major corporate campus. You'll oversee Cleaning, Hygiene, Landscaping, Pantry, Ponds, Pest Control, Waste, Reception and Helpdesk
Key Responsibilities:
• Support day‑to‑day Soft Services operations
• Supervise Moves & Churns relocations
• Conduct site inspections & compliance checks
• Manage hygiene/beverage consumable stock
• Assist with SLAs, supplier governance & BOQs
• Support reporting, admin, HSE documentation & financial processes.
Requirements:
Grade 12
Studies toward FM qualification
4–5 years Soft Services FM experience
Supervisory experience
Strong MS Office, admin & communication skills
